Alas Kedaton

Alas Kedaton is a sacred monkey forest sanctuary located in Tabanan Regency. The forest is home to hundreds of long-tailed macaques and fruit bats, living in harmony within this protected area.

At the heart of the forest stands an ancient temple called Pura Alas Kedaton, which is believed to be over 600 years old. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Ganesha and is an important spiritual site for locals.

Visitors can walk through well-maintained paths while observing the playful monkeys and massive fruit bats hanging from the trees. The forest provides a unique opportunity to experience Bali's wildlife and spiritual heritage in one location.
